Bugatti has been legendary for creating some of the most exclusive cars. While Bugatti was originally founded in 1909, the company went through numerous struggles in attempts to become succesful. Although the Bugatti cars had huge success in the racing circles, they did not have many public sales. Simliar to BMW, Bugatti produced both automobiles and airplane parts. In the 1963 Bugatti was purchased to be used as an airplane parts company. Many years later, it was aquired by Volkswagen.

Did you know: In 2005 Bugatti released the Bugatti Veyron, a car which now claims the number one spot in production 0-60 cars. The Veyron can achieve 0-60 in 2.4 seconds, 0-100 in 5.5seconds and the quarter mile at 10.2 seconds. However…this comes at a steep $1,000,000 price tag and an estimated 8mpg.
